Overview

LABMAX airless HF has been developed for the dosing of hydrofluoric acid (HF). All components that come into direct contact with the acid are made of RF-resistant materials. LABMAX airless HF is equipped with an automatic venting system and is ready for use after a maximum of two doses.

Features:
  • 360° rotatable valve head for added safety: No matter how tightly you screw the dispenser onto the reagent bottle, you can rotate the cannula in such a way that the label is always visible when working with the LABMAX airless HF. The use of adapters does not limit this function.
  • 100% drip-free system for your safety: With a 180° rotation of the cannula, you ensure that the liquid flows completely back into the bottle. Your LABMAX airless HF is safely adjusted in this position: no dripping is possible. Even accidental actuation of the piston does not lead to uncontrolled ejection of liquid.
  • Automatic Venting: To ensure an accurate volume, the device must be vented before the actual dispensing. All LABMAX airless HF models have an automatic venting system. Gas, which is lighter than liquid, automatically escapes to the outside through a special vent channel. Contamination of the contents of the bottle is excluded.
  • All parts that come into contact with the media are made of chemically resistant materials: Platinum Spring, Ruby Valve Balls, Sapphire Valve, PTFE Cylinder, PTFE Piston
