Overview
The ABT Series analytical balances are German manufactured balances built to the highest standards, with Automatic Internal Calibration, for research and testing laboratories. Manufactured by Kern & Sohn, using Single Cell cutting edge technology, these balances satisfy stricter requirements for precision, speed and reproducibility of weight values. These monolithic balance cells are increasingly becoming the standard and are fabricated on an aluminum block, distinguished from conventional balance cells in terms of both quality and performance. Some advantages are: higher measurement speed, better measurement precision, stable temperature behavior, improved mechanical sturdiness and higher corner load reliability.
The ABT Series analytical balances feature the type of accuracy needed in the most delicate procedures, such as pipette calibration. The available Kern anti-vibration weighing table is especially useful for these high performing semi-micro balances.
Features of the ABT Series Analytical Balances:
Automatic internal adjustment in the case of a change in temperature > 0.5 ºC or time controlled every 4 hours
Available in 3 models; 2 Dual Range 42/120 g and 82/220 g, and one Single Range 101 g
Dosage aid: High stability mode and other filter settings can be selected
Simple recipe-weighing and documenting with a combined Tare/Print function. In addition, the mixing ingredients for the recipe are numbered automatically and printed out with their corresponding number and weight values
Short stabilization time, approximately 5 seconds under laboratory conditions
Identification number: 4 numeric positions, printed on calibration protocols
Automatic data output to PC/Printer every time the balance is steady
Shock proof construction
Includes protective working cover
