pH Electrodes, Hamilton Process ClaryTrode, EasyControl, InchTrode, IonoTrode, Liq-Glass, MecoTrode and Polyplast PRO

  Overview

The Hamilton pH process electrodes includes a wide selection, including the extensive Chemotrode, EasyFerm and Polilyte series that are also available from Rose Scientific, as well as the series listed here,

The ClaryTrode family of process pH electrodes is designed for applications containing hydrofluoric acid (HF) and other rough chemical conditions. HF is often formed in processes I which unspecified materials are combusted. The ClaryTrode is frequently used in the corresponding gas washer. No clogging due to Single Pore technology

The EasyControl pH electrodes are simple entry level electrodes for process applications such as water treatment. The robust sensor design with a diaphragm and a gel electrolyte allow long lifetimes in surface and drinking water applications.

The InchTrode family of process pH electrodes is designed for the use in wastewater applications due to its resistant plastic housing. An additional housing for the process connection is not needed because the plastic shaft has an NPT thread.

The IonoTrode process pH electrode is designed for stable measurements in samples with lowest conductivity. Due to its large pH glass membrane, the IonoTrode is very often installed in a by-pass using a Flexiflow SL armature. Electrolyte flow can be controlled with the PTFE diaphragm ring

The Liq-Glass PG process pH electrode is an entry level sensor for chemical or waste water applications and low process temperatures. ( from -5 °C up to +60 °C). Suitable for samples with low conductivity.

The MecoTrode family of process pH electrodes is designed for various water applications. This sensor is highly accurate when measuring at high pH values. (The ORP version is called OxyTrode.) Features 3 ceramic diaphragms, for longer sensor life

The Polyplast Pro process pH electrodes are entry level process sensors with a plastic shaft. The maximum allowed process temperature is therefore limited to 40 °C with short exceptions up to 60 °C. Economical and long lasting pH sensors with pH glass bulb protection and no clogging due to Single Pore technology
